Friday night to Monday morning is the usual window. Floors protected, elevators padded, everything staged by the plan.

Commercial questions
How do you price a commercial move?
After a walkthrough, we send a written scope with a flat price. It covers crew, equipment, protection, insurance certificates and the timeline. It does not change unless the scope changes, and you approve any change in writing first.
Can you move us after hours or over a weekend?
Yes, and there is no premium for it. Most office moves run Friday evening through Sunday so the team is productive Monday.
Do you provide certificates of insurance for the buildings?
Yes, for both the origin and destination buildings, naming the landlord and property manager as required. We send them before move day.
Do you handle IT and equipment?
We disconnect, bag and label monitors, docks and peripherals per desk and reconnect them at the new location. For servers, specialized medical or manufacturing equipment, we coordinate with your vendor so it is handled by the right people.
