Pricing
One number. In writing. Before we load.
Most movers quote an hourly rate and let the clock decide what you pay. We quote the job. You know the total before moving day, and it does not move.

The hourly model
- Low hourly rate in the ad, real cost unknown until the truck is empty
- Slower crew, bigger bill. The incentive is backwards.
- Travel, fuel, stairs and shrink wrap added at the end
- The final invoice is the surprise
Our flat-rate model
- One price from a walkthrough or your inventory
- If we're slow, we lose money. If we're fast, you still pay the quote.
- Wrapping, pads, reassembly, fuel and placement are in the number
- The quote is the invoice. It changes only if you add to the move.
What sets the price
Four things, all known before move day.
01
What's in the home
Rooms, large pieces, boxes, garage, patio, art. We quote from a walkthrough or your inventory, so the number reflects reality.
02
Access at both ends
Stairs, elevators, gates, long carries, tight streets. They shape crew size and timing. They never become move-day fees.
03
Distance and crew
Newport to Laguna is a short run. A five-bedroom needs five movers. Both are in the number before you book.
04
Packing and specialty pieces
Full or partial packing, pianos, safes, crated art. Priced up front as part of the flat rate.
Typical range
Most of our residential moves run $2,000 to $15,000.
That reflects full-service work on larger coastal homes: walkthrough, wrapping, specialty pieces, placement, and a crew sized to finish in a day. Condo and single-item moves sit below that. Commercial moves are scoped after a walkthrough. Curious how the market prices moves in general? Read what it actually costs to move in Orange County.
